Do I need to know music theory or how to read music?
No. The Music Theory path teaches scales, chords and rhythm entirely by ear, and every synthesis lesson introduces one idea with a sound and a control to try it on. Nothing asks you to read notation.
Is it a real synthesizer?
Yes. Detune runs its own wavetable synth engine with two oscillators, a filter, envelopes, an LFO, a modulation matrix and effects. The same engine powers every lesson, the daily challenge and free play.
How long is a lesson?
A few minutes. Tutorials are short narrated walkthroughs; challenges are a handful of exercises with hearts, so a session fits between other things.
What does Pro include, and can I cancel?
Pro unlocks every module in every path, unlimited lessons and the full synth. The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You can cancel any time in your iPhone's Settings under Subscriptions, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Which devices does it run on?
